Hiking

• Mt. Kinabalu (climb up on 1/6/2014 0845 via Mesilau route. reached laban rata 1655. it was raining heavily, we have to climb 'waterfall'. reached summit 0645 2/6/2014. reached bottom 1655pm. unforgettable experience.)
• Nuang via janda baik (done on 14/6/2014 with group rangup. it was fun hiking with new friends. reached summit app. 4 hours. descent 3 hours. kaki sakit lagi. need to get proper hiking shoe.)
• Nuang via pongsun (done 3/8/2014 with backpackers.my . 16 hours hike. 12.30 AM baru sampai starting point. but it was fun. great experience)
• ledang (done on 20/09/2014 with iNIKE30. meeting new friends - amy, zikri, naza & izham. almost 4 hours ascend and 2 hours plus descend. consider to repeat ledang via KFC trail)
• Broga (done 17/1/2015)
• tok nenek (2D1N hike - done on 27-28 Sept 2014. The trail was legendary buluh trail and lots of river crossing. it was fun though, the view at the peak was superb. keluar a bit lambat, aku rasa kitaorg kene 'kacau' time mlm tuh)
• chabang (2D1N hike) (done on 23-24 August 2014 with geng rangup. pacak trail up to botak camp. after that onwards the view and trail was breathtaking reminds me of irau and kinabalu. we hike up and down in rain and it was raining at night too. what a great experience. oh yes, my backpack i think weight more than 7kg. the water alone was 5kg or so.)

• Ulu Sepat (done on 24-26 Oct 2014. The line up was indeed gile masuk air (abg nuar, zul, klon, fafat, najib, syed, kei. The trail was a combination of nuang, chabang and irau. no view at the peak due to rain and kabus. what makes it even more exciting - i met with the other group from trans CUS, which means i met eypa, chicha and anang at the peak of Ulu Sepat! Fun Fun Fun to sum it all)
• Chamah (done on 28-30 Nov 2014 - 35 line up including crew [the team consists of abg nuar, zul, abg zam, faizal, john, phoebe and me] - due to time management issue - all plan went haywire. 1st day - tunggu team dr johor & KL . naik 4wd kol 11am. layan 4wd mmg ganas. on the way 4wd sangkut. almost 6pm baru gerak ke pos rekom dr jln balak yg panjang tak habes habes. kol 9pm pacak banglo. kol 1am baru tido. 2nd day - 5am dah gerak dr pos rekom. brekpes tak sempat, tido pon tak cukup. sampai kat puncak jam 3.30pm lepas lalu 7 puncak tipu yg mmg penipu. 5pm gerak turun ke bwh. sampai pos rekom jam 3am. so trekking dlm 22 jam. satu rekod baru. 3rd day - gerak dr pos rekom jam 12pm. kene lalu balak atas sungai. gayat wooo. 4wd bawak keluar jam 5pm. again lalu jalan yg mmg ganas. naik bus kol 1pg. sampai kl kol 6 pg. penat + mental + mengantok. done chamah)
• Yong Belar 3 Boundaries & Charlie ( done on 7-9 Nov 2014. 10 line up, 2 gunung and 4 peaks (YB, charlie, 3 boundaries & tikus). 1st time join trip yg challenge pace aku sendiri. pace line up semua lebih kurang. trip eddy jones best - khemah provided, mkn pon ready tinggal tlg sikit2 je. line up pon semua kepala masuk air. track dr YB ke 3B and C sgt rare - dr canak, pangok, langkah akar/pokok, track mmg terbaik. owe my life to shah & eypa - insiden jatuh gaung dan berpaut pada dahan. insiden dgr perempuan menangis tersedu kat kem gurkha jam 3 pg (eddy and heri dgr org kawad dan menembak) , buang air sama2 - kwn kat sebelah. timing mmg cantik - 5.00pm dah ada atas powil. mmg terbaik!)
• Yong Yap via kuala mu (done 12-14 dec 2014 with team tugu - trip berdikari bwk khemah dan ration sendiri. layan pangok bt taring - turun bt bangang-landai -kem chinak- landai -pangok - anak yong yap - turun waterpoint - pangok - 2 kali blanja view - puncak yy. puncak yy offer 360 degree view - nampak korbu, gaung, yong belar, junction, tok nenek, berhid, bubu - cuaca alahamdulillah cantik - view sgt sgt cantik masyaallah)
• Tahan (2016 - merapoh -4 steps-kuala) - 6-15 Feb 2016 (done. 10 hari dalam hutan sesungguhnya mmg byk cerita yg tersimpan. mmg kerja gila. alhamdulillah semua selamat keluar.) 
• Korbu
• Gayong  (done KORGA on 1-4 Jan 2015 with core adventure and hacam (29 line up). trek balak- tebing sg-cross sg -bukit penat-kem seroja-bukit lagi penat - kem kijang -puncak botak - chuban -puncak chuban - another puncak tipu - korbu 2/1/15 - gayong 3/1/15. alhamdulillah weather was good, view superb, line up best. tak percaya panjat chuban dgn 5l air and angkut khemah bagai. though chuban mmg agak seram bila kena panjat batu curam, bergayut kat akar pokok and panjat tangga while kat blkg was gaung. ketaq lutut. tp suprisingly aku tak mental kat situ sgt, aku mental kat early part of the trek yg lalu tebing sg and cross sg. mental nak mamps.)

• Gerah, Bilah, Bieh (done on 1-4 May 2015 with dengg. hardcore trip. made me second guess myself of continuing to hike)
• Benum (done 10-14 Oct 2015 via Ulu Cheka. Track hardcore tp participant buat trek rasa santai. tempat paling best kat permatang angin. mistik sikit masa turun ke sg besar melalui permtang gunung cermin)
• Batu Putih (done trans batu -gunung batu putih - batu bujang-puncak dara with dengg on 19-22 Feb 2015. 1st hike with B. best!)

• obstacle run (done 14/9/2014 reebok one challenge 20.5km, 15 terrains in the rain. arrived at the starting point 15 minutes late. have to ask the organizer whether i can still run. *funny*. so lari sorang2 for the first 10km. stuck at 1st wall. gayat as usual. thank god all the runners were helpful, diorg yg tolong push me up the wall. the remaining 10.5km i ran with Yan whom i  met at the 1st wall. great experience.)
• done viper challenge 2015 on 15/03/2015 with geng pfffft. more than 20 obstacles and i skip  5-6 of it. great fun. mud bathing.

I need to do this at least once

1. Jahit sehelai baju kurung utk diri sendiri -mak pasti akan bangga
2. Bought a guitar. learn to play it. and play a song in full! -dah pernah try belajar dulu, bapak aihhh terpeleot jari. belajar main gambus dpt intro. and gambus even harder to play.
3. Belajar bahasa arab. Purpose: at least mengaji/solat faham maksudnya.
4. Visit rumah anak yatim. bring them stuffs. spend time with them.
5. Learn how to swim - Yes! sign up swimming course starting 5 Jan 2016. considered done? at least i tried. 
6. tell someone that i like him. take the chance.  done this. relationship ended 8 Feb 2015 - 18 Feb 2016. moving on. next!
7. do volunteer work. i need to give back more. (starting slowly)
8. Try scuba diving (done in mabul 29 oct 2016 - cant believe it)
